Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 16 slices ciabatta

Topping

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil leaves

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean the tomatoes, cut them into large cubes, and peel the garlic. Coarsely chop both ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Add basil and 2 tablespoon of olive oil to the tomatoes.
  • Heat the oPan on maximum heat until it reaches the ideal cooking temperature.
  • Lower the heat, place up to 8 slices of bread in the oPan, and cook one side. Flip, top with tomatoes, finish with olive oil, and serve.
  • Prepare the remaining slices of bread in the same way.

Notes

For an avocado variation, replace tomatoes with avocado slices and top with green onions, olives, mushrooms, salami, walnuts, or cherry tomatoes.
