Ingredients
  

  • 16 slices petit pain (ciabatta)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Clean the tomatoes, cut them into large cubes, and peel the garlic. Roughly chop both ingredients and let sit with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Add basil and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the tomatoes.
  • Heat the oPan over maximum heat until it reaches the ideal cooking temperature.
  • Lower the heat, place up to 8 slices of bread in the oPan, and cook one side. Flip, top with tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and serve.
  • Prepare the remaining slices of bread in the same way.

Notes

For a variation, replace the tomatoes with slices of avocado and top with green onions, olives, mushrooms, salami, nuts, or cherry tomatoes.
