  • 12 oz ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil optional
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoon hot honey

Instructions

  • Place the ricotta, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides half way through until the ricotta is smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the ricotta in a shallow bowl and drizzle the hot honey over top. Garnish with the thyme and lemon zest and serve with crusty bread, crackers or pita chips.

This dip is gluten-free and only takes 10 minutes to prepare.
