Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Mini Graham Cracker Shells
  • 8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Medium Bananas
  • 2 oz Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Banana Instant Pudding

Instructions
 

Real Whipped Cream

  • In a large glass bowl, beat 8 ounces of heavy whipping cream until firm peaks appear- about 6 minutes for a hand mixer and 4 mins for a stand mixer.
  • Once whipped cream is formed, add to a large star tipped piping bag.

Mini Banana Cream Pies Assembly

  • Add 2 tablespoons of pudding to each pie shell.
  • Line each pie shell with 5 slices of banana.
  • Sprinkle with graham crackers crumbs.
  • Pipe cream on the center of each pie.
  • Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
  • Add extra banana garnish BEFORE serving.
  • Store pies in fridge to keep chilled, up to 2 days.
