Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Meatballs Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Tzatziki Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt until combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
