  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Crackers

  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 12 crackers)

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top and spray with cooking oil.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • In a separate dish, mix shredded cheddar, Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Pat chicken tenders dry, dip into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mix.
  • Arrange chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway if desired, until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve hot with ranch or honey mustard for dipping.

Notes

Greek yogurt keeps the chicken moist and tender. Mayonnaise can be used for a richer flavor. Crush Ritz crackers into coarse crumbs for the best texture. Use a wire rack for extra crispy tenders. Check internal temperature to ensure doneness.
